That is what I tell myself when it is clear that the demands of life are going to exceed the time and resources available. Start the coffee. Go get the paper. Take the Duo for a little walk on the shore.
This has been an excellent day all the way around—a nice change from some of the others we've had lately. I could unreel it in any direction and enjoy it all over again. It seems worth remembering each of its pleasures, because I suspect there is some other day lurking out there in the dim future when I will need help remembering blessings to count.
