Even the eagles wanted to know when the ice would go off Torch Lake

Chris and Sonny Szejbach were taking turns checking out the ice on Torch Lake. The Day Park is just down the road from the Market, so they can do that, but only one at a time. Chris saw one eagle. Sonny saw two. But Chris had the camera.

For those of you who don’t know, yes, Torch Lake really is that color. Even the ice is that color. Ask the eagle.
