Bruce Laidlaw, intrepid weatherman and cross-country skier, is over at Barnes Park, grooming the trails. He’s working around windfall, some of it branches, some whole trees. Moving branches is right up my alley, especially if there is cocoa afterward. I’ve offered to help next time he’s out there, and to recruit some other branch-draggers, too. Let me know if you’d like to help with this bracing outdoor enterprise. I’ll coordinate with Bruce and figure out the cocoa thing. If you’re here anyway, you might as well embrace winter.
Now I’m going to go blaze a trail down my steps so I can get back up them tonight. More later.

Aww-RIGHT! (Katherine, do we say that? I think I say that.) I have updates from Bruce that I’ll publish on Monday, but I think we can plan a little hiking/snow-shoeing/picture taking expedition in support of his efforts.
