Nothing about our weather seems ordinary this year. It was too cold in May – far too cold for the orchards – and it was a dry spring. Now, in June, we’re getting the rain. I’m glad for it, but it took Babs Young to make it beautiful. (Click on the photo to see a larger image.)

Hello Leslie – I find it hard to imagine that anything Australian is ever dull, but I’ll take your word for it! Right now it’s so dark and rainy here that I have the lights on at 9:00 in the morning, so it’s not all blossoms and sparkling lakes by a long shot. Mama Nature has been fairly temperamental lately.
PS – the digital scrapbooks on your site are a lot of fun to page through – and not a bit dull!
