Oh my – I just made blackberry and raspberry ice cream. Well, I have made it all up and put it in the fridge. It has to chill for 24 hours before you run it through the ice cream maker.
Remember the ice cream makers where you had to use layers of ice cubes and salt?
Well, the one I bought two weeks ago is so “state of the art”! You store the bottom part of it in your freezer and once you have chilled your mixture, you put the ice cream maker together, plug it in – and 20 minutes later you have it!
Yum. 🙂
