Stonehedge Farm has been on my list of places to explore since last winter, but did I get there and take pictures and tell you all about it? I did not. Now Babs has beat my time with this wonderful post:
These are machines that spin roving into yarn at Stonehedge Farm and Fiber Mill in East Jordan. This is a wonderful little business in our area where they take raw wool and turn it into roving and yarn in a rainbow of colors. Check out their website at www.stonehedgefibermill.com or better yet go visit this 150 year old working farm at 2246 Pesek Road, East Jordan.
OK, now I am leaving the house really early in the morning so I can get over there before all the rest of you. It’s embarrassing enough being scooped by my own Star Photographer, but to be scooped by my beloved readers would be more than I could bear.
