Again yesterday Blue Angels in our back yard. Sorry they’re so small this year but Ma & I only had i-Phones to take ’em. Wonder how big their carbon foots are? All in all we had at least 25 assorted aircraft (WWII F-51s & T-34 training craft through contemporary ground support Thunderbirds) at this year’s Cherry Festival. After more than 20 annual appearances I still thrill at their airshow.

I’m so enjoying your site! It’s nice to have the visual connection to “up north”! *sigh* The last time I was at the Cherry Festival… Debby Boone was in the parade.

I’m glad you feel that way – it’s exactly what I hoped to give people. I love being here, although it means that I’ve lost something – the dream of going Up North for the weekend!
